Directions: Start timing at the bottom (east) end of the Pinegrove boat ramp parking lot, where the double yellow lines in the center of the road begin. Head west-northwest to 446. Merge onto the 446 shoulder (watch for traffic) and take the first right on Knightridge Road (old hwy 446). Stop at the yellow 'stop ahead' sign just before Knightridge reconnects with 446.
Elevation change: Start is at 550 ft. above sea level. Entry to 446 is at 805 ft. and finish is 800 ft. above sea level. High point just before 3 mile mark is 823 ft. above sea level.
